What if I need to reschedule?

We understand things happen and schedules change. If you need to change your appointment please let us know within 24 hours and we will do our best to reschedule you quickly. If we do not receive notice and are not able to access the home you will be charged for your clean.

Can I provide specific instructions?

Yes, please! Making your preferences known help us to meet your expectations.

Do I need to provide supplies?

Nope! We bring everything with us that we need. We’re familiar with our products and tools so this keeps everything and everyone safe and the process quick. If you prefer specific products be used we will do our best to accommodate your request. We reserve the right to not use bleach or products with bleach.

Can I be home during my clean?

If you need to be home on your cleaning day that is fine. We can plan out a pattern to work around the area you’re in. Please know that we have busy schedules, so we’ll keep our interactions brief. We do ask that you are careful on wet surfaces and we will not reclean an area if you use it while we are there.

What should I do before my clean?

Here are some steps you can take to prepare your home for your cleaning:

Please remove clutter
This includes toys, dishes, clothes, etc. Removing clutter from your floors and other surfaces ensures we can be quick and thorough. This would also include any valuable or dangerous items such as cash, jewelry and firearms.

Secure your pets
We love our pets! However, your pet could dart out the door, become protective or ingest products if left to roam free. We ask that you secure them in a room not being cleaned or a kennel with enough food and water to last until you return home. We do not pick up pet waste including cleaning litter boxes or kennels.

Arrange your payment
If you have not already arranged payment, please leave a check or cash somewhere obviously visible like your kitchen counter.

Ensure access
Make sure we know how to enter your house. Whether it’s a door or garage code or where your key is. Please make sure your alarm is turned off on the day of your cleaning. We will keep the doors locked while we clean and lock up when we leave.

What if the clean does not meet my expectations?

If your clean does not meet your expectations please let us know within 24 hours so we can make it right.

What if something is damaged?

If anything is damaged or broken we will let you know immediately. We’ll do our best to replace or repair the item.
